The player’s default setting determines how songs will be played when they are launched from your songbook or catalog.

Initially, they are set to the following:

  • Beginner as the difficulty level
  • 100% Tempo
  • C-D-E as note letters
  • Vertical (“Falling bars”) as the display mode
  • Fingering activated

Changing features from the player settings section will affect ALL songs and how they will be initially played with two exceptions – the Tempo & Difficulty level.

If the Difficulty level or Tempo were changed for a specific song, they will be saved on the song’s level. Meaning that if you changed the Tempo for a specific song, the new Tempo will be saved for this specific song, regardless of the default Tempo that is indicated in player settings.

Changing the other features (Note letters, Display mode & Fingering) is not possible on the song’s level and can be changed from the player settings only.
