Request a Refund

Payments & refunds are managed by Apple, so refund requests have to be submitted directly to Apple.
To request a refund from Apple follow these steps:
- Launch the Settings app on your device.
- Tap on your name and then iTunes & Appstore.
- Tap your Apple ID, then View Apple ID.
- Swipe up to Purchase History and tap it.
- Find the order for OnlinePianist and tap Total Billed, then tap the specific item you purchased.
- Tap Report a Problem below the specific item’s details.
- On the window that opened up, choose a reason for the refund, describe your issue and tap submit.
Please note that it is up to Apple solely to determine if a refund should be provided. In some cases Apple may require additional information or deny the refund request.
