Payments & refunds are managed by Apple, so refund requests have to be submitted directly to Apple. 

To request a refund from Apple follow these steps:

  1. Launch the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap on your name and then iTunes & Appstore.
  3. Tap your Apple ID, then View Apple ID.
  4. Swipe up to Purchase History and tap it.
  5. Find the order for OnlinePianist and tap Total Billed, then tap the specific item you purchased.
  6. Tap Report a Problem below the specific item’s details.
  7. On the window that opened up, choose a reason for the refund, describe your issue and tap submit.

Please note that it is up to Apple solely to determine if a refund should be provided. In some cases Apple may require additional information or deny the refund request.
