Logging in on Multiple Devices

You can open your songbook in OnlinePianist on multiple devices by logging in with the same email address you used previously. This includes the OnlinePianist iOS, Android & Web apps.
Before logging in to a new device, we highly recommend double-checking which email you used on your previous device, to make sure you are logging in to the right account (sometimes users forget they created more than a single account…). Go to Menu > Settings > Profile on the previous device to see the email you used.
If you see Guest on the Profile section, this means the account was not linked to an email address and you will not be able to open your songbook on another device, until you create an account. Set up an account on your previous device and you will be able to use your account on another device.
If you purchased a subscription, the subscription should follow the account to your new device. If it does not, you can restore previous purchases using these steps:
- Make sure your device is logged in onto the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription.
- Open OnlinePianist and tap Menu.
- Tap Support
- Tap on Restore Purchases
