Your subscription is registered through the App Store. This then connects to an account, usually via the email address you enter when you sign up to OnlinePianist.

Sometimes, the connection between your subscription and email address isn’t working properly or a change in these accounts results in your account not registering the subscription.

Here is how to solve this:

  1. Make sure your device is logged in onto the same Apple ID that purchased the subscription. 
  2. Open OnlinePianist and tap Menu.
  3. Tap Support
  4. Tap on Restore Purchases
